SUMMARY

Terian Capital Equity Fund I (the "Fund") provides investors with access to Class A real estate development opportunities for the next growth cycle.

With a pipeline of projects that are primarily in Florida, Terian Capital will leverage the experience of an integrated development company affiliate, Nvision Development Management Services, LLC ("Nvision") which has an extensive number of shovel ready projects. Under the leadership of general partner manager, lan McCook, who brings over 30 years of development experience, the Fund aims to deliver strong, collateralized returns. These returns are anticipated through opportunistic acquisitions, value-add strategies via land acquisition, entitlements, pre-development, and the construction phase through to stabilization.
